Let me start by saying this photo is absolutely fantastic!
The light coming through that window leads me to think of a scenario where she is looking out of the window, the expression on her face is one of pain. The colours of her skin against the light through the window brings it all together in a dark way. Maybe shes thinking of a time where she sat on against the window with a loved one and the memory is causing her pain.

To sum it all up:
-Exquisite body on the model
-Fantastic lighting and shading
-Excellent facial expression
-Great use of colour
