Don't know what it is... the sultry look in her eyes, the ink, her body (the fact that she reminds me of my gf, whom I am missing greatly right now) the way you composed the entire shot, which btw... I love the red wall as the background in conjunction with the green chaise/love-seat and the natural/golden oak providing some framing. Excellent combo on all of that.
It may well be a combination of all elements I listed but I just had to add this to my "Favorites" list. Superb picture.  :)
